Für eine auf 10 Monate befristete Tätigkeit suchen wir eine erfahrene Kommunikationsperson, die unser Team Corporate Communications im Tagesgeschäft und bei ausgewählten Projekten unterstützt. Ihre Rolle \* Als Teil des Teams Corporate Communications übernehmen Sie selbständig ausgewählte Kommunikationsaufgaben und klar abgegrenzte Projekte in Abstimmung mit der Kommunikationsabteilung. \* Sie erstellen und bearbeiten Inhalte für interne und externe Zielgruppen, insbesondere für Intranet, Website und Newsletter sowie für Präsentationen und weitere Unternehmenspublikationen. \* Sie recherchieren Informationen, stimmen Inhalte mit den zuständigen Fachbereichen ab und bereiten diese verständlich und zielgruppengerecht auf. \* Sie unterstützen die Planung und Umsetzung von Kommunikationsmassnahmen und tragen dazu bei, unsere Unternehmensbotschaften konsistent und glaubwürdig zu vermitteln. \* Sie koordinieren für Ihre Aufgaben die Zusammenarbeit mit internen Ansprechpartnern und externen Partnern und behalten Termine und Qualität im Blick. \* Sie unterstützen ihre Teamkolleg:innen bei der Durchführung ihrer Projekte und sorgen so für Entlastung im Team.
