Tasks ##

  • Support residents' care during the day and night shifts.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
  • Perform medical-technical care and assist with daily living activities.

Skills ##

  • Must have CFC d-ASSC and EMS experience.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills needed.
  • Strong communication and adaptability skills essential.

We are looking, for our EMS l'arbre de vie, geriatric service:

A Community Health and Care Assistant (ASSC)

at 80% - 6-month fixed-term contract

Your duties:

  • Ensure the care and support of residents during the day as well as at night (2 to 4 nights per month)
  • Organise and provide care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Perform medical-technical care, assist with ADLs and daily support to meet the resident's care and life project
  • Collaborate with members of the multidisciplinary team

Your profile:

  • ASSC Federal Certificate of Competence essential
  • Experience in EMS required
  • Excellent priority and organisational skills
  • Team spirit, communication skills, ability to work interdisciplinarily
  • Adaptability
  • Comfortable with IT tools
  • Fluent in French
  • FEE training an advantage
