Complex Claims Specialist Accident (h/f/d)

Ce qui t'attend

  • Gérer de manière autonome des dossiers complexes en assurance\-accidents (LAA)
  • Analyser et vérifier les couvertures d'assurance
  • Examiner le droit aux prestations et assurer leur versement conformément aux dispositions légales et aux directives internes
  • Évaluer le droit à la rente et statuer sur les prestations de longue durée
  • Rédiger différents types de décisions formelles, notamment des décisions d'octroi, de refus, de réduction ou de suppression de prestations, des décisions relatives au lien de causalité, au droit à la rente d'invalidité ou à l'indemnité pour atteinte à l'intégrité
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les assurés, employeurs, médecins, experts médicaux, avocats, assurances sociales et autres partenaires externes

Tes compétences

  • CFC Employé/e de commerce \- Brevet fédéral en assurances sociales \- Licence/ master en droit \- ou formation jugée équivalente
  • Minimum 5 années d'expérience dans la gestion des sinistres complexes LAA
  • De bonnes connaissances en allemand et/ ou anglais et italien, sont les bienvenues
  • A l'aise avec les outils informatiques usuels
  • Sens aigu de l'organisation, de la gestion des délais et capacité d'assumer une charge importante de travail
  • Empathie et aisance relationnelle
  • Disponibilité dès le 1er décembre 2026, ou date à convenir
