Für die Raiffeisenbank Seerücken, eine erfolgreiche und lokal verankerte Bank mit Geschäftsstellen in Pfyn, Müllheim und Weiningen, suchen wir zur Nachbesetzung eine verantwortungsbewusste, engagierte und vertrauenswürdige Persönlichkeit als Compliance Beauftragter & Teamleiter Backoffice.

Was erwartet Sie? ##

Zu Ihrem vielseitigen Aufgabengebiet gehören:

  • Personelle und fachliche Führung des Backoffice-Teams sowie Förderung und Ausbildung von Mitarbeitenden und Lernenden
  • Sicherstellung effizienter Backoffice-Prozesse, hoher Stammdatenqualität und wirksamer bankinterner Schlüsselkontrollen
  • Unterstützung, Beratung und Reporting an die Bankleitung in den Bereichen Compliance, Regulatorien, Governance und Unternehmenssteuerung
  • Verantwortung für Compliance-, Datenschutz- und regulatorische Themen (u.a. Regulatoriensystem, Crossborder, FATCA und AIA)
  • Selbstständige Bearbeitung komplexer rechtlicher Spezialfälle wie Erbschaften, Todesfälle, KESB-Fälle, Editionsverfügungen, Pfändungen und Konkursverfahren
  • Ansprechperson für interne und externe Revisionen, Behörden sowie Fachstellen in den verantworteten Themengebieten

Was bringen Sie mit? ##

  • Abgeschlossene Bankausbildung, vorzugsweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Compliance, Banking, Recht oder Führung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Compliance, Geldwäschereibekämpfung sowie regulatorische Anforderungen im Bankenumfeld
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Backoffice oder in einer vergleichbaren Fach- oder Führungsfunktion
  • Führungserfahrung von Vorteil oder die Bereitschaft, Führungsverantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Hohe Selbstständigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Fachlich fundierte, wirtschafts- und lösungsorientierte sowie exakte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Anspruchsgruppen
