  • Die Vertriebseinheiten in Fragenstellungen zur Eröffnung und Mutationen von Geschäftsbeziehungen, insbesondere zur VSB und zum KYC\-Prozess, beraten und unterstützen
  • Die Vertriebseinheiten in Sachverhalten mit Bezug zum GwG und zu den Embargo\-/Sanktionsmassnahmen beraten und unterstützen
  • Analyse von Geschäftsbeziehungen und Transaktionen durchführen, Sachverhalte beurteilen und Massnahmen definieren
  • Dokumentationen zu regulatorisch relevanten Umständen erarbeiten und Verdachtsmeldungen an die Meldestelle für Geldwäscherei (MROS) verfassen
  • Bei der Weiterentwicklung von Schlüsselprojekten zu den internen Regelwerken, zu Datenerhebungen und zu Geldwäschereithemen im Rahmen der strategischen Ausrichtung des Konzerns BKB mitarbeiten

  • Abgeschlossener Hochschulabschluss in Rechts\- oder Betriebswirtschaftswissenschaften mit beruflicher Erfahrung (mind. 3 Jahre) in einer Compliance Funktion eines Finanzintermediärs
  • Fähigkeit komplexe Sachverhalte zu analysieren und adressatengerecht zu vermitteln
  • Geübt systematisch zu arbeiten, vernetzt und in Lösungen zu denken
  • Kommunikationsgeschick verbunden mit einer gesunden Portion Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Sicher und routiniert in den Office Anwendungen (insbesondere Excel), gepaart mit Flair für IT\-Systeme und Datenbanken \- bringst du darüber hinaus bereits Kenntnisse im Umgang mit der Bankensoftware Avaloq mit? Pluspunkte für dich!
