Mandatés par notre client, une entreprise horlogère se trouvant à La Chaux\-de\-Fonds, nous recherchons pour un poste fixe, un(e)

Comptable/Assistante RH à 40% (H/F)

Cahier des tâches :

  • Comptabiliser la banque \+ fichier débiteur
  • Gestion des boîtes mail Finances et Factures
  • GED/EXES Comptabilisation et transfert des factures
  • Paiements DTA
  • Rappels débiteurs
  • Sortir la liste des débiteurs
  • Faire les rappels débiteurs (toutes les deux semaines environ)
  • Comptabiliser la caisse
  • Ecritures mensuelles (stock, etc...)
  • Décompte TVA trimestriels
  • Etablissement du budget annuel (octobre/novembre)
  • Bouclement mensuel et annuel
  • Gestion des heures
  • Traitement des charges sociales
  • Etablissement des salaires

Profil :

  • Vous possédez une expérience significative et confirmée dans le domaine de la comptabilité et une petite expérience en gestion administrative RH.
  • Vous possédez d’excellentes connaissances des outils informatiques.
  • Vous êtes une personne dynamique, force de proposition, logique et investie.
  • Vous possédez un grand sens de l’initiative et vous êtes rigoureuse dans votre travail.
  • Vous êtes domicilié(e) en Suisse et dans les Montagnes neuchâteloises ou dans sa proche région (condition impérative).
  • Vous êtes disposé(e) à travailler 4 matinées par semaine.
