Pour l'un de nos clients, une entreprise établie dans la région de Porrentruy, nous recherchons un(e) comptable expérimenté(e) souhaitant mettre ses compétences au service d'une structure dynamique. Description du poste

Votre mission

Vous assurez la gestion de la comptabilité de l'entreprise tout en participant aux activités administratives liées aux ressources humaines.

Comptabilité : -Gestion complète de la comptabilité générale, de la saisie des écritures jusqu'au bouclement -Gestion des débiteurs et des créanciers -Suivi des paiements, encaissements et rapprochements bancaires -Établissement des décomptes TVA -Participation aux clôtures périodiques et annuelles -Suivi et contrôle des opérations comptables courantes

Ressources humaines : -Gestion administrative des dossiers du personnel -Suivi des absences, vacances et autres données RH -Participation aux formalités administratives liées aux entrées et sorties du personnel -Soutien dans les différentes tâches administratives RH

Profil recherché

-Formation commerciale avec spécialisation en comptabilité ou formation jugée équivalente -Expérience confirmée dans une fonction similaire indispensable -Excellente maîtrise de la comptabilité générale, y compris des opérations de bouclement en Suisse -Bonnes connaissances des processus administratifs RH -Aisance avec les outils informatiques et les logiciels comptables -Personnalité rigoureuse, organisée et digne de confiance -Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en faisant preuve d'un bon esprit d'équipe -Discrétion et respect de la confidentialité
