Comptable financier / Comptable financier

La clinique Merian Iselin est une clinique privée ultramoderne avec un mandat de service public à Bâle. Nos domaines de spécialisation sont l'orthopédie, la chirurgie et l'urologie. Chez nous, vous trouverez une activité significative dans un environnement familial où les personnes sont au centre.

Vos principales tâches

  • Tenue du grand livre de la société mère ainsi que des filiales, y compris la réalisation des rapprochements intercompagnies
  • Élaboration des bilans mensuels, trimestriels et annuels selon Swiss GAAP FER, y compris le rapport financier, les indicateurs clés et divers reportings, MIS du groupe et des filiales
  • Tenue de la comptabilité des immobilisations selon REKOLE et Swiss GAAP FER
  • Établissement de la déclaration trimestrielle de TVA, y compris le rapprochement annuel
  • Contrôle des budgets d'investissement et de projet ainsi que participation à l'élaboration du budget global
  • Participation à la mise en œuvre et au contrôle du système de contrôle interne (SCI)
  • Soutien administratif ainsi que participation aux projets
  • Remplacement/soutien de la gestion des comptes fournisseurs et clients (env. 30%)

Votre profil

  • Formation commerciale achevée avec une formation complémentaire en finance et comptabilité ou études en économie d'entreprise (par ex. spécialiste en finance et comptabilité / expert en comptabilité et contrôle, expert-comptable diplômé ou équivalent)
  • Expérience professionnelle de plusieurs années dans le domaine de la finance et de la comptabilité, de préférence dans le secteur de la santé
  • Très bonnes connaissances des programmes MS Office courants (en particulier Excel)
  • Vous convainquez par une manière de travailler autonome, engagée et précise, une bonne capacité d'assimilation, une résistance au stress même en période chargée et êtes en outre une personnalité capable de travailler en équipe
  • Méthode de travail structurée et pensée en réseau
  • Ouvert, communicatif, appréciez le contact avec différents groupes d'interlocuteurs
