La Ville et Commune de Boudry, qui compte près de 6’700 habitantes et habitants, emploie environ 95 collaboratrices et collaborateurs au service de la population.

Afin de renforcer l’équipe du Service des finances, le Conseil communal met au concours le poste de

Comptable généraliste à 100 % (H/F)

Au sein d’une équipe dynamique, vous participez activement à la gestion financière et comptable de la Commune, dans le respect des normes légales en vigueur.

Vos missions

Vous assumez notamment les tâches suivantes :

  • Tenue de la comptabilité générale et auxiliaire selon les normes MCH2
  • Enregistrement et contrôle des écritures comptables
  • Suivi des débiteurs et créanciers
  • Établissement des décomptes TVA
  • Participation au bouclement annuel des comptes et à l’élaboration du budget
  • Contribution à l’amélioration des processus comptables et financiers
  • Réalisation de tâches de controlling et de suivi budgétaire

Expérience et formation requises

  • Formation en comptabilité (CFC d’employé·e de commerce avec spécialisation comptable)
  • Brevet fédéral de spécialiste en finance et comptabilité, un atout
  • Expérience professionnelle confirmée dans une fonction similaire et/ou en controlling (minimum 10 ans).
  • Une expérience en administration communale constitue un atout majeur
  • Aisance avec les outils informatiques et les ERP comptables (Abacus, un atout)
  • Excellente maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels, en particulier Excel

  • Rigueur, esprit analytique, sens des responsabilités et discrétion
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome, alliée à un fort esprit d’équipe
  • Bonne organisation et gestion des priorités
  • Orientation marquée pour le service public
