Pour notre agence de Lausanne, nous recherchons un\-e :

Comptable immobilier

Vos missions

  • Tenue de la comptabilité des immeubles locatifs,
  • Assurer le bouclement des décomptes de chauffage et frais accessoires : saisies comptables, contrôle des décomptes, bouclements définitifs, ristournes et réajustements, gestion des contestations et réclamations,
  • Gérer les factures : imputation, saisie, paiement,
  • Assurer le bouclement des comptes communs,
  • Traiter des reportings mensuels, trimestriels et annuels,
  • Traiter mensuellement des réconciliations bancaires,
  • Être une des personnes de contact au niveau de la comptabilité pour l’ensemble de la clientèle : propriétaires et locataires,
  • Gérer les demandes des locataires et des réclamations écrites, établir diverses correspondances.

Profil recherché

  • 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans le domaine de la comptabilité immobilière et institutionnelle,
  • Connaissance du logiciel QUORUM serait un véritable atout,
  • Autonome, organisé\-e et contact aisé avec la clientèle,
  • Savoir adapter son activité en fonction des tâches prioritaires,
  • Très bonne maitrise du français.
