  • Responsabilité d'un portefeuille d'immeubles
  • Gestion des encaissements de loyer et des paiements fournisseurs
  • Etablissement des bouclements mensuels, trimestriels, semestriels et annuels
  • Etablissement des décomptes de chauffage, eau chaude et frais accessoires
  • Etablissement des décomptes acheteur/vendeur
  • Reportings comptables pour les clients
  • Gestion des prises et pertes de mandats
  • Participation aux séances propriétaires
