Nous recherchons un(e) Concepteur(trice) pour rejoindre notre bureau d’études. Au cœur de la conception et de l’industrialisation, vous transformez les créations en solutions techniques concrètes, de la conception CAO à la mise en production. En lien étroit avec les clients et les ateliers, vous veillez à la faisabilité, la fiabilité et la rentabilité des solutions développées, tout en contribuant à l’amélioration continue des produits.

Concepteur(trice)

Conception et industrialisation

  • Analyser les cahiers des charges et dessins de création et définir les caractéristiques techniques du produit.
  • Traduire l’intention esthétique en une solution techniquement réalisable et industrialisable.
  • Proposer et comparer les solutions techniques en intégrant les contraintes de fabrication, de qualité et de coût.
  • Concevoir les produits et outillages (Outils de coupe, posages et dispositifs divers nécessaires à la production.
  • Intégrer dès la conception les contraintes d’usinage, de bridage, de reprise.
  • Participer au choix des procédés de fabrication et définir les gammes de fabrication.
  • Définir, avec les responsables de production, les temps de mise en train et cadences.

Dossiers techniques et données de production

  • Réaliser les modèles 3D, plans et dossiers techniques.
  • Fournir les données nécessaires à l’ERP/GPAO (Nomenclatures, gammes, …)
  • Assurer le relais technique avec les programmeurs CNC et régleurs et adapter si nécessaire les volumes CAO.

Prototypage, lancement et vie série

  • Accompagner les phases de fabrication des prototypes et préséries.
  • Analyser les difficultés rencontrées et mettre en œuvre les corrections nécessaires.
  • Participer à la validation des outillages, procédés et gammes (Principalement avec les ateliers de programmation, usinage et contrôle).
  • Participer à l’amélioration continue des produits et des processus en vie série.
  • Capitaliser les retours d’expérience et assurer un suivi des évolutions des produits.
