**Concierge / Agent d'exploitation itinérant (a)**

Nous recherchons une personne dynamique et polyvalente pour renforcer notre équipe en tant que concierge itinérant. Vous serez responsable de l'entretien des bâtiments, des espaces verts et de la gestion des demandes de maintenance sur plusieurs sites. Si vous êtes autonome, réactif(ve) et avez un bon sens du service, ce poste est fait pour vous. Vous participerez à la gestion des travaux et à l'amélioration des sites tout en assurant un service de qualité.

**Vos tâches:**

* Exécuter avec autonomie les tâches d'inspection * Gérer les activités de maintenance et d'entretien des installations * Assurer les diverses demandes et les petits dépannages * Gérer des petits projets de réparation * Surveiller et accompagner les réalisations de travaux par des entreprises mandatées * Traiter quotidiennement les rapports de travail, bons de livraison et tickets de commande * Proposer et réaliser des modifications et améliorations * appropriées dans les agences bancaires * Entretien des surfaces sur demande * Assurer le service de piquet

**Votre profil:**

* CFC agent d'exploitation ou titre jugé équivalent * Plusieurs années d'expérience dans le facility management (nettoyage et technique du bâtiment) * Bonne expérience dans la gestion administrative et technique de petits chantiers * Maîtrise du français * Bonne utilisation des outils informatiques usuels (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Permis de conduire obligatoire (voiture de service fournie) * Autonomie, Réactivité, Gestion des priorités, Bonne communication * Sens du relationnel et du service * Capacité à travailler seul ou en équipe
