The posting

Pour l-un de nos clients situé à Versoix, nous recherchons un(e) Chef Concierge expérimenté(e) pour assurer la gestion quotidienne d-un site immobilier et encadrer une équipe de 2 collaborateurs.

Responsabilités

Organiser, coordonner et contrôler le travail des 2 collaborateurs

Planifier les activités quotidiennes et répartir les tâches

Garantir la propreté et la bonne tenue des bâtiments, parties communes et extérieurs

Superviser et réaliser les travaux courants de maintenance et de petite réparation

Identifier les problèmes techniques et coordonner les interventions des prestataires externes

Assurer le suivi du bon fonctionnement des installations

Veiller au respect des règles de sécurité et de protection incendie

Assurer les contrôles relevant de la fonction en lien avec la certification AEAI

Être l-interlocuteur privilégié des occupants, fournisseurs et intervenants externes

Assurer un reporting régulier auprès du responsable ou de la régie

Profil

Expérience confirmée comme Chef Concierge, Concierge responsable ou Agent d-exploitation

Première expérience réussie en gestion d-équipe

Certification / formation AEAI exigée

Très bonnes connaissances techniques liées à l-entretien d'un bâtiment

Capacité à organiser et prioriser les interventions

Personne autonome, responsable, polyvalente et orientée solutions

Excellent sens du service et bon relationnel

Français courant

Permis de conduire apprécié
