Pour le compte de notre client, nous recherchons un-e Concierge infrastructure pour intervenir sur différents immeubles et sites de la Région Riviera-Valais. ###

Concierge infrastructure (h/f)

Région Riviera-Valais

Il s-agit d-un poste polyvalent et mobile, avec pour objectif d-assurer la continuité des prestations de conciergerie lors des vacances, congés, absences imprévues ou situations d-urgence.

Votre mission ###

Véritable personne de terrain, vous veillez au bon état et au bon fonctionnement des bâtiments qui vous sont confiés. Vous intervenez sur des missions variées de maintenance, d-entretien et de conciergerie, tout en étant en contact direct avec les clients et les locataires.

Vous serez notamment amené à :

  • Effectuer les contrôles réguliers des bâtiments et des installations techniques
  • Réaliser des interventions de maintenance courante et de petits travaux
  • Assurer l-entretien général des immeubles, des surfaces et des espaces extérieurs
  • Participer à l-entretien des espaces verts et aux travaux saisonniers, notamment le déneigement
  • Répondre aux demandes des clients et locataires et assurer un service de qualité
  • Accueillir et accompagner les fournisseurs ou entreprises intervenant sur les sites
  • Suivre les interventions des prestataires externes et veiller à leur bonne réalisation
  • Identifier les besoins d-entretien ou de travaux supplémentaires et les communiquer au responsable
  • Apporter votre soutien au responsable de site dans différentes tâches liées à l-exploitation des bâtiments
  • Contribuer au maintien de la sécurité et signaler toute situation présentant un risque
  • Remplacer ponctuellement un concierge technique en fonction des besoins
  • Participer au service de piquet selon les exigences du poste

Votre profil ###

Nous recherchons avant tout une personne motivée, fiable, polyvalente et ayant le sens du service.

Vous disposez idéalement :

  • D-une formation dans le domaine de la conciergerie
  • D-une expérience significative en conciergerie, facility management, entretien ou maintenance de bâtiments
  • De bonnes bases techniques et d-une réelle aisance pour effectuer des travaux manuels
  • D-un bon relationnel et d-une attitude professionnelle avec les clients, locataires et partenaires
  • D-un français courant, niveau B2 minimum, à l-oral comme à l-écrit
  • De bonnes connaissances des outils Word, Excel, PowerPoint et Outlook
  • D-une bonne connaissance de la Région Riviera-Valais
  • Du permis de conduire, indispensable pour ce poste
  • Vous habitez idéalement Monthey ou proche, point central de la géographie du poste
