Conducteur de travaux en chauffage (H/F)

* Organiser et piloter les travaux de chauffage, de la préparation du chantier à la réception des installations. * Planifier les interventions et coordonner les monteurs, les sous\-traitants et les fournisseurs. * Assurer la liaison avec les clients, les architectes, les bureaux techniques et les autres corps de métier. * Suivre l?avancement des travaux, les coûts et les délais. * Anticiper les besoins en matériel et gérer les approvisionnements. * Veiller à la qualité d?exécution et au respect des consignes de sécurité. * Suivre les modifications, les travaux supplémentaires et les documents de chantier. * Coordonner les mises en service et la levée des réserves. + CFC d'installateur en chauffage ou formation équivalente ; une formation complémentaire en conduite de travaux constitue un atout. + Expérience confirmée dans le chauffage, avec une pratique de la gestion de chantiers ou de l'encadrement d'équipes. + Bonne maîtrise de la lecture de plans et des installations de chauffage. + Sens de organisation, autonomie et capacité à trouver des solutions sur le terrain. + Aisance relationnelle et goût du travail en équipe. + Bonne maîtrise du français, à l'oral comme à l'écrit. + Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels. + Permis de conduire catégorie B.
