Description du poste --------------------

Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous serez responsable de la préparation, de l'organisation et du suivi complet de vos chantiers de rénovation et de transformation, de la phase de préparation jusqu'à leur réalisation finale.

  • Préparer les chantiers sur les plans technique, organisationnel et financier.
  • Analyser les plans, les dossiers d'exécution et les spécificités liées aux bâtiments existants.
  • Planifier les différentes étapes des travaux, notamment les besoins en personnel, en matériel et en équipements.
  • Organiser le déroulement quotidien des chantiers et assurer leur exécution opérationnelle.
  • Coordonner les équipes, les sous\-traitants et les différents corps de métier.
  • Assurer la commande, l'approvisionnement et la disponibilité des matériaux nécessaires.
  • Anticiper les éventuelles contraintes liées à l'occupation, à l'exploitation ou à la structure des bâtiments existants.
  • Mettre en place et suivre les procédures liées à la qualité, à la sécurité et à l'environnement.
  • Contrôler l'avancement des travaux ainsi que le respect des délais, des coûts et des exigences techniques.
  • Assurer le suivi financier des chantiers.
  • Élaborer les offres, les offres complémentaires et les métrés des travaux réalisés.
  • Participer à la facturation et au contrôle des prestations exécutées.
  • Participer aux séances de chantier et assurer le suivi des décisions prises.
  • Entretenir une relation professionnelle de qualité avec les maîtres d'ouvrage, les directions de travaux, les mandataires et les partenaires du projet.

Profil recherché -----------------

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'une formation reconnue de conducteur(trice) de travaux.
  • Vous justifiez d'au moins cinq ans d'expérience confirmée dans la conduite de chantiers en Suisse.
  • Vous disposez d'une expérience concrète dans le domaine de la rénovation et de la transformation.
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques usuels ainsi que le logiciel BauBit.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise dans le suivi technique, administratif et financier des chantiers.
  • Vous êtes une personne proactive, autonome, organisée et dotée d'un bon sens des responsabilités.
  • Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et savez communiquer efficacement avec les différents intervenants d'un chantier.
  • Vous êtes capable de gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement exigeant et en constante évolution.
