Conseillère ou conseiller RH (80%)

Composé de plus de 170 personnes, le Service du travail (ST) a pour mission de prendre en charge les demandeuses et demandeurs d'emploi lausannoises et lausannois, et de les aider à s'insérer professionnellement. Il assure également la protection des travailleuses et travailleurs sur le territoire communal. Dans un contexte de développement de son unité RH, le ST recherche une conseillère ou un conseiller RH à 80% pour renforcer son équipe. Mission(s) principale(s)

Soutenir le responsable RH du service dans l'application de la politique du personnel et la mise en oeuvre des procédures RH

Assurer la procédure de recrutement et apporter son appui en la matière aux cadres

Conseiller et soutenir les cadres dans l'analyse et la gestion des situations RH

Apporter un appui pour les questions RH au personnel de son périmètre

Elaborer, gérer et mettre à jour des statistiques RH

Apporter un soutien dans les tâches administratives RH

Gérer et participer à l'élaboration de projets RH et à l'optimisation des procédures

Profil

Brevet fédéral de Spécialiste en ressources humaines ou titre jugé équivalent

Minimum 3 années d'expérience professionnelle dans une fonction similaire

Expérience dans l'accompagnement du changement et dans la gestion de projet RH, un atout

Personne rigoureuse, structurée, orientée solutions, faisant preuve d'un bon esprit d'équipe et de collaboration

Qualité d'écoute, de conseil, de communication orale/écrite, d'analyse et de synthèse

Maîtrise des outils MS Office et d'un ERP RH

Connaissances du fonctionnement d'une administration publique, un atout
