Notre client est un très bel acteur actif dans le courtage en assurances et en prévoyance.

Job Description ##

  • Gestion, développement et fidélisation d'un portefeuille assurances Entreprises ;
  • Qualification des besoins et co-construire des architectures d'assurance adaptées aux besoins des clients ;
  • Mise en place d'une politique de gestion des risques adaptée aux clients ;
  • Conduite des appels d'offres : cahiers des charges, comparatifs, soutenance et négociation ;
  • Mise en place des programmes auprès des compagnies et partenaires ;
  • Accompagnement et facilitation de la gestion des sinistres complexes ;
  • Veille & amélioration continue : rituels courts (reviews, rétros), partage de savoirs, détection d'opportunités ;
  • Reporting clients et à la Direction ;
  • Participation à la vie du bureau au quotidien.

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Formation en assurances ;
  • Certification AFA ou Brevet Fédéral en Assurances (ou équivalent) ;
  • Expérience professionnelle similaire en courtage et / ou compagnie sur des portefeuilles d'assurances entreprises en Suisse ;
  • Branches de prédilection choses et patrimoine ;
  • Excellente maîtrise de la langue française à l'oral comme à l'écrit ;
  • Bonne maîtrise de la langue anglaise à l'oral comme à l'écrit ;
  • Maîtrise de la langue allemande comme un atout ;
  • Prise d'initiatives, organisé(e), rigoureux(se) & orienté(e) solutions ;
  • A l'aise avec les outils digitaux et l'intelligence artificielle ;
  • Culture du feedback.
