Le client est au centre de tes préoccupations. Tu es l'interlocuteur des clients du Groupe E. Dans un domaine en forte évolution, tu réponds de manière compétente et sûre aux demandes par téléphone du lundi au vendredi entre 07h30 et 17h30 ou tu effectues efficacement des tâches de back-office. Avec des moyens de communication modernes, tu traites de manière autonome des processus simples orientés client. Tu prends très au sérieux les préoccupations des clients, reconnais rapidement leurs besoins et enthousiasmes tes clients par ton conseil et ta communication professionnels.

Ton expertise nous enthousiasme

  • Excellentes compétences en communication et plaisir du contact client
  • Travail précis et autonome ainsi qu-une bonne expression écrite
  • Langue maternelle allemande ; avec de bonnes connaissances du français à l-oral et à l-écrit
  • Très bonnes connaissances de MS Office
