Dans le cadre du développement de notre agence d'Yverdon\-les\-Bains, nous recherchons un(e) Conseiller(ère) en personnel afin de renforcer notre présence sur l'ensemble des secteurs d'activité du Nord vaudois. Cette fonction combine recrutement, développement commercial et accompagnement des entreprises dans leurs besoins en personnel fixe et temporaire.

Conseiller en personnel (H/F)

Profil souhaité :

* Expérience dans le recrutement, le placement de personnel, la vente de services ou dans une fonction similaire * Excellent sens relationnel et fort intérêt pour les contacts humains * Véritable tempérament commercial, orienté résultats et développement d'affaires * Excellentes capacités de communication, de négociation et de persuasion * Bonne connaissance du tissu économique du Nord vaudois * Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique et à gérer plusieurs mandats simultanément * Maîtrise parfaite du français, toute autre langue constituant un atout * Aisance avec les outils informatiques usuels * Personnalité autonome, proactive, organisée et persévérante * Permis de conduire indispensable Votre mission :

+ Développer et fidéliser un portefeuille d'entreprises sur la région du Nord vaudois + Prospecter activement de nouveaux clients et identifier leurs besoins en recrutement + Détecter les opportunités de placement dans les secteurs de l'industrie, de l'horlogerie, de la logistique, de l'administration, du bâtiment, de la technique et des services + Assurer la gestion complète des mandats de recrutement pour des postes fixes et temporaires + Rechercher, sélectionner et évaluer les candidats notamment au moyen d'entretiens approfondis + Présenter les meilleurs profils à nos clients et assurer le suivi des recrutements + Accompagner les collaborateurs temporaires tout au long de leurs missions + Conseiller les clients sur les réalités du marché de l'emploi, les salaires et les solutions de recrutement adaptées + Négocier les conditions commerciales et développer des relations durables avec les entreprises partenaires + Participer activement au développement et à la visibilité de l'agence jpid0bd11ecjm jpit1042jm jpiy26jm
