Tâches ##

  • Assurer un service client de qualité par téléphone et en back-office.
  • Identifier rapidement les besoins des clients et fournir des conseils précis.
  • Travailler de manière autonome avec des outils de communication modernes.

  • Excellente communication, maîtrise de l'allemand et bonnes bases en français.

  • Bonne connaissance de MS Office et enthousiasme pour le contact client.

Ce champ d'activité t'enthousiasme

Tu places le client au cœur de tes priorités. Tu es l'interlocuteur des clients de Groupe E. Dans un domaine en plein développement, tu réponds avec compétence et assurance aux demandes par téléphone, du lundi au vendredi entre 07h30 et 17h30, ou tu réalises de manière efficace des activités de back-office. À l'aide d'outils de communication modernes, tu traites de manière autonome des processus complexes, orientés vers la clientèle. Tu prends les demandes des clients très au sérieux, tu identifies rapidement leurs besoins et tu satisfais tes clients avec tes conseils pointus et ta communication professionnelle.

Ton expertise nous enthousiasme

  • Excellentes capacités de communication et enthousiasme pour le contact avec la clientèle ainsi qu'une très bonne expression écrite
  • Travail précis et autonome
  • Grande capacité d'auto-gestion
  • Langue maternelle allemande, avec de bonnes connaissances du français à l'oral et à l'écrit
  • Très bonne connaissance de MS Office
