Tâches ##

  • Gérer les demandes et préoccupations des clients avec professionnalisme.
  • Traiter les signalements de pannes et coordonner les interventions.
  • Assurer le suivi des techniciens et leur retour d'informations.

Ton avenir :

Avec passion et esprit d'équipe, tu représentes TELAG dans le contact quotidien avec nos clientes et clients. Tu réponds aux demandes de manière amicale et compétente. Tu expliques également clairement des sujets complexes et assures une expérience de service positive. En détail, tu prends en charge les tâches suivantes :

  • Réception, traitement et transmission des demandes clients
  • Traitement des notifications de panne
  • Coordination des interventions d'astreinte
  • Surveillance et retours des techniciens de service

Ce que nous souhaitons :

Tu as un sens du contact client et es toujours prêt(e) à aider. Tu es disposé(e) à venir quotidiennement chez TELAG pour la formation. Tu es un(e) expert(e) en communication qui aime utiliser ses compétences. En plus de l'allemand suisse courant, tu peux également tenir une conversation en français. Tu es familier(ère) avec les systèmes informatiques courants.
