Pour une enseigne de référence dans l’univers du luxe et du premium, nous recherchons un·e conseiller·ère de vente dynamique et passionné·e pour rejoindre le rayon Accessoires \& Maroquinerie.

Animé·e par le sens du service, le goût du détail et l’univers des belles pièces, vous contribuez à offrir une expérience client personnalisée et haut de gamme, tout en valorisant les collections et l’image de l’enseigne.

Conseiller·ère de vente – Accessoires \& Maroquinerie

VOTRE MISSION -------------

  • Accueillir, conseiller et accompagner une clientèle exigeante avec professionnalisme, élégance et attention.
  • Développer les ventes et contribuer activement à l’atteinte des objectifs commerciaux du rayon.
  • Valoriser les collections d’accessoires et de maroquinerie en mettant en avant la qualité, les matières, le savoir\-faire et les spécificités des produits.
  • Assurer un suivi personnalisé des demandes clients, des commandes et des éventuelles réclamations.
  • Fidéliser la clientèle en proposant un service irréprochable et des conseils adaptés à ses besoins.
  • Veiller à la mise en valeur des produits, à la bonne tenue du rayon et au respect des standards de présentation de l’enseigne.
  • Effectuer les encaissements et maîtriser les outils informatiques et les systèmes de caisse.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec l’équipe afin de contribuer à la performance collective et à la satisfaction de la clientèle.

VOTRE PROFIL ------------

  • Vous justifiez d’au moins trois ans d’expérience dans la vente, idéalement dans un environnement luxe ou premium.
  • Vous manifestez un réel intérêt pour l’univers des accessoires, de la maroquinerie et des belles marques.
  • Vous avez le sens du commerce, le goût du challenge et une approche proactive de la vente.
  • Vous êtes reconnu·e pour votre excellente présentation, votre savoir\-être et votre aisance relationnelle.
  • Doté·e d’un sens aigu du service, de l’écoute et du détail, vous savez répondre aux attentes d’une clientèle exigeante.
  • Vous êtes courtois·e, souriant·e, organisé·e et attentif·ve à la qualité de chaque interaction.
  • Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et contribuez activement à l’atteinte des objectifs communs.
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français ; un très bon niveau d’anglais (C1\) est requis. Toute autre langue constitue un atout.
