Afin de renforcer notre équipe à la Boutique Longchamp de Lausanne, nous recherchons un e conseiller·ère de vente à 80%\-100%. Il s’agit d’une mission à durée déterminée, en raison d’un prochain congé maternité. L’entrée en fonction est prévue idéalement le 1er novembre 2026, pour environ 12 mois.

En tant que Sales Advisor, vous incarnez l’image de la Maison LONGCHAMP et ses valeurs : énergie, authenticité, esprit d’équipe et durabilité. Vous offrez à chaque client une expérience unique et personnalisée, tout en transmettant les valeurs, l’héritage et la créativité de notre Maison.

VOS TÀCHES

  • Vous représentez la Maison Longchamp sur la surface de vente et offrez un conseil professionnel, personnalisé et attentif à une clientèle nationale et internationale
  • Vous contribuez activement à l’esprit d’équipe et à une collaboration harmonieuse au sein de la Boutique
  • Vous accompagnez notre clientèle avec professionnalisme et assurez avec aisance les opérations de caisse ainsi que les clôtures
  • Vous veillez à une présentation soignée et exigeante de nos produits ainsi qu’à la bonne tenue du stock

VOTRE PROFIL

  • Formation dans le commerce de détail (CFC), idéalement dans le secteur de la mode ou du luxe
  • Grande affinité pour les produits premium et les accessoires haut de gamme
  • Passionné·e par le conseil personnalisé et la relation client
  • Très bonnes connaissances de l’allemand et de l’anglais ; la maîtrise d’une langue supplémentaire est un atout
  • Autonome, engagé·e, motivé·e, vous appréciez le travail en équipe
  • Présentation soignée et attitude professionnelle
  • Vous savez rester engagé·e et efficace lors des périodes de forte affluence.
