Vos tâches : Recrutement et sélection de personnel Accueil, suivi et accompagnement des candidats, des entreprises clientes et de nos collaborateurs Gestion administrative et suivi des intérimaires (missions, contrats, intégration) Suivi des collaborateurs sur les chantiers et maintien d’une relation de confiance Analyse des besoins des entreprises partenaires et proposition de solutions adaptées Développement et fidélisation du portefeuille clients Prospection et développement commercial dans la région valaisanne Négociation des conditions de placement Application et respect des CCT et de la législation en vigueur Collaboration étroite avec l’équipe et participation active au développement de l’agence de Martigny

Votre profil

- Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels

  • Vif intérêt pour les relations humaines et fort sens du contact
  • Excellentes capacités de communication et de négociation, avec un goût prononcé pour le challenge
  • Maîtrise parfaite du français ; toute autre langue constitue un atout
  • Personne autonome, organisée, flexible et faisant preuve d’initiative
  • Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante tout en appréciant le travail en équipe
  • Domicilié/e dans la région valaisanne
  • Bonne connaissance du tissu économique et du marché local, un atout
  • Connaissance des CCT ou bonne capacité d’apprentissage
  • CFC dans le domaine du bâtiment, un atout
  • Très bon relationnel, à l’aise avec les échanges et le contact client
  • Permis de conduire indispensable
