Vous conseillez les responsables et les collaborateurs·trices de votre périmètre et contribuez au développement des prestations RH. Vous identifiez les besoins, proposez des solutions et participez, avec l’équipe, à la construction de pratiques de conseil adaptées à la HEIG\-VD.

VOS RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES

  • Conseiller les responsables et les collaborateurs·trices dans les situations RH courantes ou complexes, dans le respect des cadres légaux et institutionnels
  • Aller à la rencontre des responsables de votre périmètre, comprendre leurs besoins et leur proposer un accompagnement adapté
  • Accompagner les recrutements, de la définition du besoin à l’engagement
  • Développer, avec vos collègues, les pratiques de conseil RH et les outils mis à disposition des responsables
  • Piloter ou contribuer à des projets RH transversaux, notamment en matière de compétences, de formation et de processus

VOTRE PROFIL Vous avez une expérience confirmée du conseil RH et souhaitez contribuer au développement du service.

Vous disposez de :

  • Diplôme d’une haute école, brevet RH ou titre jugé équivalent. Formation complémentaire en RH constitue un atout
  • Au moins cinq ans d’expérience dans le conseil RH, le recrutement et l’accompagnement des responsables
  • Bonne expérience dans la conception ou l’amélioration de pratiques, d’outils ou de projets RH
  • Maîtrise du droit du travail suisse et des différents cadres applicables au personnel
  • Idéalement, une expérience dans le secteur public, parapublic ou académique

VOS QUALITÉS PERSONNELLES

  • Esprit d’analyse, sens de l’initiative et capacité à formuler des propositions concrètes
  • Autonomie et capacité à comprendre rapidement un nouvel environnement
  • Écoute, aisance relationnelle et aptitude à collaborer avec l’équipe RH
  • Clarté dans la communication et aisance rédactionnelle
