La tua missione:

  • Consulenza professionale e personalizzata ai clienti nell'ambito delle assicurazioni malattia
  • Analisi delle esigenze della clientela e individuare le soluzioni assicurative più adeguate, garantendo un servizio di elevata qualità
  • Gestione e consolidazione delle relazioni con i partner commerciali, assicurando un'efficace gestione dei lead in entrata e in uscita
  • Collaborazione attiva con il team, condividendo competenze e contribuendo al raggiungimento degli obiettivi comuni
  • Ampliare costantemente la propria rete di contatti attraverso raccomandazioni, networking e la costruzione di relazioni di fiducia con clienti e partner

Perché sei la persona giusta per questo impiego:

  • completato con successo una formazione commerciale e sei in possesso del certificato AFA, in piú hai esperienza nella consulenza assicurativa, preferibilmente nel settore delle assicurazioni malattia
  • Risiedi in Ticino e disponi di una solida rete di contatti sul territorio che rappresenta un importante punto di forza per lo sviluppo dell'attività commerciale
  • Ti piace lavorare in team e collaborare con i colleghi per raggiungere obiettivi comuni, senza rinunciare alla tua autonomia operativa, dimostri flessibilità, capacità di adattamento e un forte orientamento al cliente
  • Oltre ad essere una persona autonoma, responsabile e orientata agli obiettivi, capace di organizzare il proprio lavoro con spirito d'iniziativa, hai dimestichezza con gli strumenti digitali, i sistemi CRM e le principali applicazioni informatiche utilizzate nella consulenza
  • Ti contraddistinguono eccellenti capacità relazionali, spirito imprenditoriale, proattività e una naturale predisposizione a creare e consolidare rapporti di fiducia con clienti e partner
  • un'ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese, sia parlata che scritta; la conoscenza di una terza lingua costituisce un valore aggiunto
