Ce qui vous attend

En tant que consultant, vous assumez dès le départ des responsabilités chez APP. Vous dirigez des équipes dans le développement de nouveaux concepts ainsi que dans la définition des exigences produit, processus et IT. Vous gérez de manière autonome des mandats de conseil et développez des solutions convaincantes pour des questions business et IT. Une fois la solution adéquate trouvée, vous assurez une mise en œuvre durable et accompagnez nos client·e·s jusqu-à l-introduction réussie.

En tant que personne ayant une pensée et une action entrepreneuriales, vous établissez des contacts durables, élargissez continuellement votre réseau et acquérez de nouveaux mandats. De plus, vous avez la possibilité de participer activement à la co-entreprise d-APP et de façonner de manière significative notre avenir.

 

Ce que nous attendons

·Diplôme universitaire achevé, de préférence dans le domaine de la gestion d-entreprise, de l-informatique (économique) ou du droit

·Trois à cinq ans d-expérience dans la conduite de projets liés à l-IT dans un environnement de conseil ou administratif, dans la justice, la finance ou la santé

·Connaissances approfondies en gestion de projet, analyse business ainsi que dans l-application des méthodes courantes

·Capacité d-assimilation rapide, pensée analytique prononcée ainsi qu-une approche créative et pragmatique

·Mode de travail autonome, structuré et orienté solutions, combiné à un plaisir de collaborer en équipe

·Personnalité ouverte et communicative avec un talent et un plaisir pour établir des relations de confiance

·Écriture et présentation assurées en allemand. Très bonnes connaissances en anglais et en français sont un plus

·Flexibilité concernant les déplacements en Suisse alémanique
