Tâches ##

  • Développez des concepts d'adoption et de communication adaptés aux personas.
  • Concevez et animez des formations diverses pour les utilisateurs.
  • Mettez en place des réseaux de champions pour pérenniser les initiatives.

Compétences ##

  • Expérience confirmée en gestion du changement et formation Microsoft 365.
  • Excellentes compétences en animation de groupe et présentation.
  • Maîtrise de Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive et Copilot.

 Sais-tu pourquoi la plupart des déploiements Microsoft 365 réussissent techniquement mais ne changent pourtant rien ? Aimes-tu te tenir devant un groupe qui n-a en fait pas envie d-un nouvel outil, et retourner l-ambiance ? Alors nous devrions absolument faire connaissance.

Voici comment sera ton travail : ##

  • Tu développes des concepts d-adoption et de communication en fonction des personas d-une entreprise
  • Tu conçois et animes des formations : lancements, sessions pratiques, formats courts à midi ainsi que des permanences et du floorwalking après le go-live
  • Tu construis des réseaux de champions et autonomises les managers pour que ça continue sans toi
  • Tu rends Copilot utilisable au quotidien : cas d-usage du vrai travail, bon prompting et gestion réaliste des attentes
  • Tu mesures l-adoption au lieu de la prétendre et en déduis la prochaine vague

Ce que tu devrais apporter : ##

  • Plusieurs années d-expérience professionnelle en gestion du changement, adoption ou formation des utilisateurs dans l-environnement Microsoft 365
  • Excellentes compétences en animation et présentation, de l-atelier de 8 personnes à l-événement majeur
  • Maîtrise assurée de Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive et Copilot du point de vue utilisateur
  • Connaissance des méthodes de gestion du changement (par ex. selon Prosci ou ADKAR) ainsi que capacité d-adaptation méthodologique selon la situation
  • Expérience dans la mesure du succès de l-adoption via les données d-utilisation, les analyses Copilot ou des enquêtes propres
  • Allemand au niveau langue maternelle, bon anglais, français un atout
  • Disponibilité pour des déplacements en Suisse
