Description du poste

Nous recherchons un Expert SAP CRM7 capable d-intervenir sur les aspects fonctionnels, techniques et d-intégration de la solution.

Le poste nécessite une maîtrise importante de l-écosystème SAP, ainsi qu-une connaissance approfondie des composants CRM7 et de leurs interactions avec des solutions SAP et non-SAP.

Missions principales

  • Participer à la maintenance de SAP CRM7
  • Analyser les besoins fonctionnels liés à la gestion de la relation client et aux processus métiers associés.
  • Paramétrer et faire évoluer la solution
  • Intervenir sur les fonctionnalités de :
  • Case Management
  • Activity Management
  • Service
  • Social Services Management
  • Master Data
  • Concevoir et maintenir les interfaces entre SAP CRM7, SAP S/4 et les applications tierces.
  • Participer à l-intégration de SAP CRM7 avec Microsoft Office et des solutions non-SAP.
  • Développer ou adapter les services d-échange de données.
  • Contribuer à la sécurisation des flux et des intégrations.
  • Assurer le support technique et fonctionnel des solutions mises en place.
  • Expérience souhaitée dans la conversation du SAP CRM7 vers les nouvelles solutions SAP (S/4 HANA Services, CX, C4C)

  • Maîtrise des technologies d-intégration
  • Expérience des interfaces avec des applications non-SAP.
  • Capacité à travailler avec des équipes fonctionnelles, techniques et métiers.
  • Expérience significative sur la solution SAP CRM7.
