Consultant Immobilier (100%)

Principales tâches

  • Soutien à l'identification et à l'évaluation des emplacements stratégiques ainsi que des opportunités de croissance
  • Participation aux analyses de marché et à l'élaboration de bases décisionnelles
  • Soutien au développement et au suivi des projets immobiliers
  • Collaboration étroite avec la gestion des actifs pour optimiser le portefeuille immobilier existant
  • Réalisation de présentations et de documents pour les parties prenantes internes et externes
  • Soutien lors des négociations de baux ainsi que dans la création et la gestion des documents contractuels
  • Collaboration étroite avec les départements internes et les partenaires externes

 

Ce que vous apportez à ce poste

  • Diplôme dans le domaine de l'immobilier, des finances, de la gestion d'entreprise ou dans une discipline comparable
  • Plusieurs années d'expérience professionnelle dans le secteur immobilier
  • Compétences analytiques et organisationnelles prononcées
  • Un réseau établi dans le secteur immobilier de la Suisse alémanique
  • Expérience approfondie dans la négociation, la rédaction et la finalisation de contrats et d'accords avec des partenaires commerciaux
  • Mode de travail autonome, proactif et orienté solutions
  • Excellentes compétences en travail d'équipe et en communication
  • Maîtrise de l'allemand à un niveau de négociation ; la connaissance du français est un atout
  • Flexibilité et disponibilité pour des déplacements occasionnels en Suisse
