Du bist die Person, die im Projekt\-Call schon das Datenmodell anpasst, während die anderen noch die Agenda besprechen. Und während jemand fragt, ob man «da nicht was mit AI machen könnte», hast du es längst ausprobiert. Hat nicht funktioniert. Die zweite Version schon.

Was dich erwartet

Du bist bei uns nicht das \- ängsel im Projekt. Du übernimmst eigene Arbeitspakete, sprichst direkt mit dem Kunden und stehst für das ein, was du gebaut hast. Ob etwas funktioniert, merkst du schnell, weil du es selbst umgesetzt hast.

  • Datenmodelle und Lösungen mit BW/4HANA, Datasphere, SAC und BDC bauen
  • SAP\-Daten nach Azure, Fabric oder Databricks bringen
  • Anforderungen aufnehmen und zurückfragen, wenn sie keinen Sinn ergeben
  • AI\-Use\-Cases im Analytics\-Umfeld ausprobieren und produktiv machen
  • Workshops mitgestalten und irgendwann selbst leiten

Wer zu uns passt

  • Du fängst an, bevor jemand fragt
  • Du sagst «finde ich raus» und meinst es ernst
  • Du willst in drei Jahren deutlich mehr können als heute und tust etwas dafür

Was du mitbringst

  • 3–5 Jahre Beratererfahrung im SAP Data \& Analytics
  • Hands\-on\-Erfahrung in mindestens einem Bereich: BW/4HANA, SAC, Datasphere oder Embedded Analytics
  • Kundenprojekte, in denen du selbst umgesetzt hast, nicht nur dabei warst
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch, gutes Englisch
