Actuellement, nous recherchons à renforcer notre équipe, et souhaitons engager notre futur·e: \\Contrôleur·euse des titres de transports 100% -- CDI -- dès le 1er janvier 2027 -- Morges\\ --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Votre rôle est essentiel pour garantir le bon fonctionnement du réseau et offrir une expérience positive à notre clientèle. Au quotidien, vous veillez à la conformité des titres de transport en effectuant des contrôles planifiés en toute sécurité. Vous êtes également chargé·e d'établir les constats d'infraction et d'assurer leur encaissement dans le respect des procédures. En parallèle, vous conseillez et renseignez les voyageurs·euses sur les tarifs, horaires, correspondances et itinéraires, tout en contribuant activement à promouvoir l'image des MBC. Professionnel·le capable d'interagir avec la clientèle avec tact et courtoisie, tout en faisant preuve de rigueur et d'intégrité, vous savez garder votre calme et prendre des décisions appropriées dans des situations parfois complexes. Votre sens de la collaboration et votre capacité à gérer le stress sont des atouts essentiels pour assurer vos missions avec efficacité et sérénité. Vous êtes titulaire d'un CFC ou d'une formation équivalente et possédez d'excellentes connaissances des tarifs et produits liés aux titres de expérience confirmée dans le domaine est savez appliquer les règles et articles de loi en lien avec la profession avec rigueur et intégrité. Grâce à votre sens de l'organisation et votre précision, vous êtes capable de gérer des situations imprévues et de prendre des décisions appropriées, même sous pression. Votre résistance au stress et votre capacité à collaborer efficacement avec vos collègues sont des atouts essentiels pour ce poste. Enfin, votre flexibilité vous permet d'assurer des horaires irréguliers (20h/24h -- 365 jours par an) en toute fiabilité ainsi. Habiter dans la région Morgienne représente un atout.
