Missions principales :

Le Contrôleur Qualité Interne est le premier garant de la conformité des matières premières, composants, sous-ensembles livrés par les fournisseurs et réalisés à l'interne. Il/Elle s'assure que les produits respectent scrupuleusement les exigences techniques et réglementaires avant leur intégration dans le processus de production, leur mise en stock ou leur poursuite de réalisation.

Missions et Responsabilités :

* Contrôle Réception et de Production :

\- Effectuer les contrôles qualitatifs (visuels, dimensionnels, fonctionnels) des marchandises à la réception et en production, selon les plans, gammes de contrôle et cahiers des charges.

\- Vérifier la conformité des documents d'accompagnement (bons de livraison, certificats matière / traitement / peinture, rapport de contrôle dimensionnel, document de suivi production, etc...).

* Traitement des non-conformités :

\- Isoler et identifier les produits non conformes (mise en quarantaine).

\- Rédiger les rapports de non-conformité (RNC) et les rapports de contrôle.

\- Alerter les services concernés en cas d'anomalie majeure.

* Enregistrer les résultats de contrôle dans le système d'information (ERP / logiciel de gestion de la qualité).

Compétences Techniques :

  • Maîtrise des techniques de contrôle qualité et d'échantillonnage.
  • Savoir lire et interpréter des plans techniques et des nomenclatures.
  • Utilisation d'instruments de mesure (pied à coulisse, micromètre, trusquin, etc.).
  • Connaissance des normes qualité de base (ex: ISO 9001 et EN ISO 9100).
  • Aisance avec les outils informatiques (Pack Office, ERP type ProConcept).

Savoir-être :

  • Rigueur et minutie : Capacité à déceler les écarts à la définition avec précision.
  • Sens de l'analyse et esprit critique : Pour statuer rapidement sur la conformité d'un lot.
  • Réactivité et organisation : Savoir gérer les priorités pour ne pas bloquer la chaîne de production.
  • Bon relationnel : Capacité à communiquer efficacement avec différents services et les fournisseurs.

Profil & Expérience :

  • Un diplôme de formation technique dans le domaine mécanique ou électromécanique.
  • Une expérience de 5 ans minimum en tant que Contrôleur Qualité dans l'industrie.
  • Maitrise de l'ensemble des moyens conventionnels de mesure.
  • La connaissance de l'ERP ProConcept et d'un logiciel de gestion électronique des documents sont un plus.
  • Maitrise du pack office est impérative.
  • Français (parlé et écrit).
  • Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable.
