Controleur qualité \[H/F/X\]

Responsabilités

  • Réaliser les contrôles esthétique et dimensionnel de composants horlogers.
  • Vérifier la conformité des pièces selon les critères qualité, les plans techniques et les procédures en vigueur.
  • Détecter les non-conformités et assurer le suivi des décisions d'utilisation.
  • Effectuer la saisie informatique des résultats de contrôle (SAP est un atout).
  • Respecter les exigences qualité, les consignes liées aux matières précieuses ainsi que les standards de production.
  • Veiller au bon état des moyens de contrôle et au maintien d'un poste de travail propre et organisé.

Profil

  • Expérience significative en contrôle qualité dans le secteur horloger.
  • Maîtrise du contrôle esthétique et dimensionnel sous binoculaire et/ou microscope.
  • Maîtrise des instruments de mesure conventionnels (pied à coulisse, micromètre, comparateur, jauges...) ainsi que des moyens de contrôle optiques (Keyence, Vertex, Ayonis, Fox ou équivalents).
  • Bonne lecture de plans techniques et maîtrise des référentiels qualité.
  • Aisance avec les outils informatiques (SAP constitue un atout).
  • Rigueur, précision, dextérité, capacité de concentration et esprit d'équipe.
