PME de taille moyenne reconnue pour son savoir-faire et la qualité de ses produits, recherche un(e) Contrôleur(se) Qualité expérimenté(e) pour renforcer son département qualité. Responsabilités

  • Effectuer le contrôle dimensionnel et visuel des pièces de décolletage, selon les plans et les exigences clients.
  • Utiliser les instruments de mesure usuels (micromètre, projecteur de profil, tampon, pied à coulisse, etc.).
  • Réaliser les contrôles sous loupe et binoculaire pour les pièces de petite dimension ou à haute exigence esthétique.
  • Renseigner les rapports de contrôle et assurer la traçabilité des mesures.
  • Participer activement à l- amélioration continue du processus qualité en collaboration avec la production.
  • Signaler les non-conformités et suivre les actions correctives.

Profil

  • Formation technique (mécanique, micromécanique, qualité industrielle).
  • Expérience confirmée dans le secteur du décolletage ou de la microtechnique.
  • Excellentes connaissances des techniques de contrôle qualité et maîtrise des instruments de mesure de précision.
  • À l-aise avec l-utilisation de la loupe, du binoculaire et des outils de métrologie.
  • Personne rigoureuse, minutieuse et autonome , avec un sens aigu du détail.
  • Bon esprit d-équipe et communication claire avec les autres départements.
