Contrôleuse ou Contrôleur de gestion senior – 100 %

En tant que contrôleuse ou contrôleur de gestion senior, tu accompagnes les responsables métier et la Direction dans le pilotage financier et la prise de décision. Tu contribues à la performance de l’entreprise en assurant le suivi budgétaire, l’analyse financière et la production d’indicateurs pertinents pour orienter les décisions stratégiques. Ce poste s’adresse à une personne expérimentée souhaitant mettre son expertise financière au service de l’amélioration continue de la performance et du développement de l’organisation.

Ce que tu fais au quotidien

Tu gères le pilotage budgétaire de ton périmètre en préparant les budgets et prévisions financières, en consolidant et challengeant les hypothèses avec les responsables métier. Tu assures le suivi des effectifs, des dépenses et des actions d’optimisation des coûts, tout en analysant les écarts entre les résultats réalisés, le budget et les prévisions afin de garantir une vision financière fiable.

Tu produis les reportings financiers, les indicateurs de performance (KPI) et les tableaux de bord nécessaires au pilotage de l’activité. Tu analyses les tendances, les écarts et les risques en reliant les données financières et opérationnelles, participes aux clôtures périodiques et veilles à la cohérence des données de gestion et comptables. Tu prépares également les synthèses et analyses destinées à la Direction et aux différentes parties prenantes.

Tu accompagnes les responsables métier dans le suivi de leur performance financière en challengeant leurs hypothèses et plans d’actions. Tu réalises des analyses de rentabilité et des business cases pour soutenir la prise de décision, tout en formulant des recommandations concrètes. Tu contribues enfin à l’amélioration continue des outils, modèles financiers, processus de contrôle de gestion et de reporting, notamment par l’automatisation et l’optimisation de la qualité des données.

Ce que tu apportes à l’équipe

Tu disposes d’une formation universitaire de niveau Master en finance, contrôle de gestion, management ou économie, ou d’un parcours équivalent. Tu bénéficies d’au moins 7 ans d’expérience en contrôle de gestion, analyse financière ou dans une fonction similaire.

Tu sais réaliser des analyses financières et de rentabilité, construire des business cases et développer des KPI, tableaux de bord et reportings de gestion. Tu utilises Excel à un niveau avancé pour la modélisation, l’analyse de données et l’automatisation.

Tu communiques avec aisance auprès d’interlocuteurs variés, y compris la Direction, en adaptant ton message à ton audience. Tu sais gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément, établir des relations de confiance et challenger les hypothèses de manière constructive. Tu fais preuve d’un esprit analytique, d’une forte orientation solutions, d’un véritable esprit d’équipe et d’une grande objectivité dans tes recommandations et évaluations.
