Reconnue et incontournable depuis plus de 40 ans, Multi Personnel est une agence spécialisée dans la mise à disposition de personnel administratif et de cadres, temporaire et fixe, dans de nombreux secteurs économiques, tels que la banque, sociétés financières, multinationales, ONG, PME et institutions locales.

Pour le compte de l'un de nos clients, entreprise solidement implantée dans le canton de Fribourg et active depuis de nombreuses années dans les métiers du gros œuvre, nous recherchons un(e) Contremaître bâtiment et/ou génie civil capable de piloter les activités sur chantier et d'assurer le bon déroulement des travaux.

Mission : -------------

  • Planifier et organiser les interventions en collaboration avec le conducteur de travaux.
  • Coordonner les équipes et répartir les tâches selon l’avancement du chantier.
  • Anticiper les besoins en personnel, matériel, engins et approvisionnements.
  • Superviser l’exécution des travaux et garantir leur conformité.
  • Assurer le suivi administratif du chantier (rapports journaliers, heures, métrés, consommations).
  • Veiller à l’application des règles de sécurité ainsi qu’au respect des exigences environnementales.
  • Maintenir une communication fluide avec les différents intervenants du projet.
  • Participer à la bonne cohésion des équipes et au maintien d’un climat de travail positif.

Profil ----------

  • Diplôme de contremaître ou formation équivalente.
  • Expérience confirmée dans la conduite d’équipes sur des chantiers de bâtiment et/ou de génie civil.
  • Solides compétences organisationnelles et sens des priorités.
  • Aisance dans la gestion des ressources et la coordination des travaux.
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques courants.
  • Leadership naturel et capacité à mobiliser les équipes autour des objectifs du chantier.
  • Personnalité fiable, pragmatique et orientée terrain.
