Vous êtes un professionnel du bois avec une solide expérience de terrain et l'envie de piloter vos propres projets ? Notre client recherche un

Contremaître Charpentier 100% CDI (H/F/D)

Responsabilités

  • Assurer la gestion et le suivi de projets de moyenne importance, de la planification à la livraison
  • Réaliser les plans, listes de matériel et commandes nécessaires aux travaux du second œuvre
  • Participer aux activités de fabrication en atelier et garantir le bon déroulement de la production
  • Organiser la logistique et coordonner les opérations de montage sur chantier
  • Encadrer les équipes de pose et participer activement à l'édification des ouvrages
  • Assister aux séances de coordination avec les différents partenaires et intervenants du projet
  • Réaliser les métrés, suivre les coûts de construction et veiller au respect des budgets définis

Profil

  • CFC de Charpentier cokmplété par un diplôme de Contremaître Charpentier
  • Expérience dans la gestion de projets et l'encadrement d'équipes dans le domaine de la construction bois
  • Bonne connaissance des outils informatiques, notamment Baubit et la suite MS Office
  • Maîtrise du logiciel SEMA ou volonté de suivre une formation spécialisée
  • Personnalité autonome, organisée, rigoureuse et dotée d'un excellent esprit d'équipe
