Afin de soutenir le développement du domaine ferroviaire dans notre entreprise, nous cherchons à intégrer un·e CONTREMAÎTRE - CHEF D'EQUIPE (H/F) EN VOIES FERRÉES à 100% au sein de notre équipe dynamique de la succursale de Saint-Légier (VD).

Votre mission ###

  • Gestion et coordination des chantiers ferroviaires
  • Assurance de la qualité et de la conformité des travaux avec les normes et les plans en vigueur
  • Gestion efficace des équipes sur le terrain pour garantir le respect des délais
  • Veille au maintien des standards de sécurité et de protection environnementale
  • Résolution proactive des problèmes et adaptation aux imprévus de chantier

Vos compétences ###

  • Brevet fédéral de contremaître·esse ou titre jugé équivalent, ou une expérience de 3 ans minimum dans un rôle similaire
  • Excellentes connaissances des voies métriques et normales, ainsi que du réseau ferroviaire suisse
  • En possession de l'APT CFF ainsi que d'un permis de conduire valable
  • Capacité exemplaire à travailler en équipe, à créer un climat de confiance et à gérer son stress
  • Disposé·e à travailler à des horaires irréguliers (nuits et week-ends)
