Description du poste ##

Pour l'un de nos clients, nous recherchons un(e) Coordinateur(trice) de travaux expérimenté(e) capable d'assurer la planification, la coordination et le suivi de différents chantiers. Le poste implique des déplacements réguliers et nécessite une excellente maîtrise du français, de l'anglais et de l'italien.

Responsabilités

  • Planifier, organiser et coordonner les différents travaux et interventions
  • Assurer le suivi opérationnel des chantiers, de la préparation à la réception
  • Coordonner les entreprises, sous-traitants et différents corps de métier
  • Contrôler l'avancement, la qualité et le respect des délais
  • Veiller au respect des normes de sécurité sur les chantiers
  • Participer aux séances de chantier et assurer le suivi des décisions
  • Identifier les problèmes techniques et proposer rapidement des solutions adaptées
  • Assurer une communication efficace entre les différents intervenants
  • Effectuer un reporting régulier sur l'état d'avancement des travaux
  • Réaliser des déplacements réguliers en fonction des projets et chantiers

Profil

  • Brevet fédéral dans un domaine technique ou du bâtiment exigé
  • Expérience confirmée dans la coordination et le suivi de travaux
  • Très bonnes connaissances techniques du bâtiment et/ou de la maintenance
  • Excellentes capacités d'organisation et de gestion des priorités
  • Aisance dans la coordination de plusieurs intervenants
  • Personnalité autonome, proactive et orientée solutions
  • Bonnes capacités de communication et de négociation
  • Français, anglais et italien indispensables
  • Disponible pour effectuer des déplacements professionnels réguliers
  • Permis de conduire valable
