Nous souhaitons recruter un/e Coordinateur Facility Management – Mission temporaire 6 mois – 100%

Dans le cadre du déménagement de ses locaux, notre client recherche un/e Facility Manager en mission temporaire pour une durée de 6 mois.

A ce rôle, vous aurez la charge de coordonner la finalisation des travaux, planifier et coordonner le déménagement de la société.

Vous assurerez l’interface entre les départements internes et les prestataires externes.

Le poste vise à garantir un déménagement fluide, sécurisé et conforme, tout en assurant la continuité des activités:

  • Planification des étapes du déménagement, tout en assurant la continuité des activités de la société.
  • Elaboration du planning et suivi des activités.
  • Coordination des prestataires externes et fournisseurs et planification des interventions.
  • Anticiper les risques afin de respecter les délais.
  • Assurer un reporting régulier au Responsable Opérationnel.
  • Informer régulièrement en interne de l’avancement du projet.
  • Suivi administratif des projets.
  • Après le déménagement :
  • Assurer la prise en charge des nouveaux locaux.
  • Coordonner les prestataires externes dans le nouveau bâtiment.
  • Proposer des améliorations.

Profil : ------------

  • Formation supérieure ou professionnelle dans le domaine du facility management, de l’immobilier, de la logistique ou du bâtiment.
  • Expérience au sein d’un département Services Généraux est un atout.
  • Expérience confirmée dans la gestion de locaux professionnels, idéalement dans le cadre d’un déménagement, d’un réaménagement ou d’un projet de transformation des espaces de travail.
  • Bonne compréhension des installations techniques d’un bâtiment et des services généraux.
  • Expérience dans la coordination de plusieurs prestataires.
  • Maîtrise des outils de planification, de suivi budgétaire et de reporting.
  • Très bonne maîtrise du français.
  • Organisation, planification, communication.
  • Sens du service et discrétion.
  • Capacité à négocier avec les prestataires externes.
