Pour l-un de nos clients à Yverdon-les-Bains , une entreprise technologique suisse spécialisée dans le développement et la fabrication de machines industrielles de haute précision, nous recherchons un :

Coordinateur technique / Chef de projet terrain - Machines spéciales (H/F)

À l-interface entre le terrain et le bureau d-études, vous accompagnez les projets lors des phases d-assemblage, de mise au point et de mise en service des machines.

Responsabilités

  • Coordonner les activités techniques lors des différentes phases de réalisation des machines
  • Suivre l-avancement du montage, des essais et de la mise au point
  • Être l-interlocuteur privilégié entre les équipes terrain et le bureau d-études
  • Identifier et centraliser les problématiques techniques rencontrées
  • Organiser et prioriser les actions correctives avec les différents spécialistes
  • Suivre la résolution des points ouverts jusqu-à leur validation
  • Participer activement aux essais et validations directement sur les machines
  • Assurer le reporting technique auprès du bureau d-études et des responsables de projet
  • Structurer les retours d-expérience terrain afin d-améliorer les futures machines
  • Participer aux réunions techniques et au suivi des projets
  • Veiller au respect des délais et des priorités opérationnelles
  • Accompagner ponctuellement les phases de mise en service chez les clients

Profil

  • Formation technique supérieure, Technicien ES ou Ingénieur HES en mécanique, mécatronique, automation ou domaine équivalent
  • Expérience dans le domaine des machines spéciales, de la machine-outil ou des équipements industriels
  • Excellente compréhension technique et capacité à appréhender une machine dans sa globalité
  • Expérience du terrain indispensable
  • Première expérience en coordination technique ou gestion de projet appréciée
  • Capacité à communiquer efficacement avec des ingénieurs, techniciens et spécialistes métiers
  • Très bonnes capacités d-organisation et de priorisation
  • À l-aise avec le reporting et la documentation technique
  • Leadership naturel, pragmatisme et forte orientation solutions
  • Disponible pour des déplacements professionnels selon les projets
