Notre client est une organisation de santé dont la direction technique supervise l'ingénierie, l'exploitation et la modernisation de systèmes techniques complexes. Elle pilote des projets architecturaux, opérationnels et liés à la durabilité dans des environnements multidisciplinaires exigeants, intégrant des technologies de pointe et des infrastructures à haute performance.

Job Description ##

  • Assurer la coordination technique des projets de construction, rénovation et transformation, en garantissant la cohérence entre les disciplines architecturales et techniques : CVC, sanitaire, électricité, structure et MCR.
  • Réaliser la synthèse et la coordination des plans, maquettes numériques et documents techniques tout au long des phases d'études et d'exécution.
  • Identifier les conflits, incohérences et interfaces entre les différentes disciplines et travailler avec les parties prenantes concernées afin de définir les mesures correctives appropriées.
  • Agir comme interface technique entre les équipes d'ingénierie, les architectes et la direction des travaux, afin de garantir la bonne prise en compte des contraintes et exigences techniques dans les projets.
  • Apporter son expertise technique aux équipes projets, contribuer à la réévaluation des risques et anticiper les problématiques techniques susceptibles d'impacter la conception ou l'exécution.
  • Garantir la qualité, la cohérence et la bonne gestion des données graphiques et numériques des projets dans les environnements DAO et BIM.
  • Participer à l'élaboration, à l'évolution et à l'application des standards de dessin, de modélisation et de coordination technique du service.
  • Participer aux réunions de coordination technique et faciliter les échanges entre les différentes disciplines et parties prenantes.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des méthodes de coordination, des pratiques BIM et des processus de réalisation des projets.

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Formation technique supérieure dans le domaine du bâtiment, CVC, génie électrique, génie mécanique, technique du bâtiment ou formation équivalente.
  • Expérience confirmée dans la coordination technique de projets multidisciplinaires, idéalement acquise dans des environnements complexes ou sur des projets de construction et rénovation d'envergure.
  • Bonne compréhension des différents lots techniques du bâtiment et de leurs interfaces : CVC, électricité, sanitaire, structure et MCR.
  • Capacité à analyser des plans et maquettes multidisciplinaires, identifier les conflits techniques et proposer des solutions adaptées.
  • Bonne maîtrise des environnements BIM et DAO, notamment Revit (la connaissance d'autres outils de coordination BIM constitue un atout).
  • Bonne compréhension des différentes phases d'un projet de construction et des interactions entre conception, ingénierie et exécution des travaux.
  • Capacité à jouer un véritable rôle de liaison entre les ingénieurs, les architectes et la direction des travaux, en traduisant les contraintes techniques en solutions concrètes.
  • Solides capacités d'analyse permettant d'anticiper les risques, d'identifier les incohérences et de challenger les solutions techniques lorsque nécessaire.
  • Excellentes compétences en coordination et communication, avec la capacité d'interagir avec des interlocuteurs issus de disciplines variées.
  • Profil autonome, structuré et orienté solutions, avec une forte attention portée à la cohérence globale des projets.
  • Français et anglais obligatoires.
