Avec 50 ans d-expérience, une direction jeune et dynamique, l-entreprise familiale NEUWERTH Logistics SA représente des marques et produits à la pointe de la technologie.

Acteur majeur sur le marché suisse romand des engins de manutention et de levage (principalement chariots élévateurs et engins de magasinage), mais aussi de tables et nacelles élévatrices, autolaveuses et balayeuses.

Les centres de formation NEUWERTH offrent des cours notamment pour l-obtention du permis cariste, opérateur sur nacelle, IPAF, chauffeurs poids-lourds OACP, travail en hauteur EPI, etc.

Nous recherchons une personne expérimentée, autonome et engagée pour rejoindre notre équipe en qualité de

 

Coordinateur/trice de notre centre de formation à 100% ##

 

Votre mission :

  • Assurer la gestion, l-organisation, la planification des instructeurs et des formations du centre ;
  • Garantir la qualité des formations, le respect des exigences de sécurité et leur suivi administratif ;
  • Assurer le suivi des accréditations et certifications, anticiper les échéances et veiller à leur renouvellement ;
  • Effectuer des visites chez nos clients afin d-identifier les besoins et de proposer des solutions de formation adaptées ;
  • Assurer le suivi et la fidélisation des clients et contribuer au développement de l-activité du centre ;
  • Dispenser des formations selon besoins.

 

Votre profil :

Vous êtes au bénéfice :

  • D-excellentes compétences en organisation, planification et relation clientèle ;
  • Des qualifications pour dispenser des formations, notamment dans les domaines cariste et nacelle ;
  • D-une expérience confirmée dans la formation ;
  • D-une bonne connaissance des domaines de la logistique, de la manutention et des équipements de levage ;
  • Idéalement, d-une expérience dans le suivi d-accréditations ou de certifications ;

Autonome, rigoureux(se) et organisé(e), vous appréciez le contact avec les clients et le travail sur le terrain. Vous savez transmettre vos connaissances avec pédagogie et êtes à l-aise dans la coordination de plusieurs activités.
