The posting

Dans le cadre du développement de notre service nettoyage, Mithieux immobilier Sàrl recherche un-e coordinateur-trice du service nettoyage pour compléter son équipe.

Le poste consiste actuellement principalement à effectuer des travaux de nettoyage sur le terrain, auprès de nos clients et dans nos logements de vacances. En complément de cette activité, la personne assurera également une part de coordination, avec une évolution progressive des responsabilités selon ses compétences et son implication.

Vos principales missions : • Réalisation des nettoyages chez nos clients et dans nos logements de vacances • Organisation et suivi des plannings • Coordination de l'équipe de nettoyage • Contrôle de la qualité des prestations • Contact avec les clients et gestion des besoins courants • Participation à l'intégration et à la formation des collaborateurs À terme, le poste pourra évoluer vers davantage de coordination, de gestion d'équipe et de développement du service. Votre profil : • Expérience dans le domaine du nettoyage • Personne organisée, fiable et autonome • Bon contact avec la clientèle et aisance dans la communication • Capacité à prendre des responsabilités et à gérer les imprévus • Permis de conduire indispensable • Disponibilité et flexibilité, notamment ponctuellement les week-ends Nous proposons : • Taux d'activité à convenir entre 70 % et 100 % • Un poste varié mêlant terrain et responsabilités • Une réelle possibilité d'évolution avec le développement du service • Une rémunération conforme à la CCT du secteur du nettoyage, adaptée à l'expérience et au profil • Une activité au sein d'une PME valaisanne en développement Région : Conthey et environs
