Vos responsabilités

Au sein du Service Immobilier \& Développement, vous assurez la coordination administrative, financière et documentaire des activités liées aux projets immobiliers. En appui aux responsables de projets, vous assurez le suivi des échéances, des budgets, des engagements, des contrats et des factures. Vous préparez les dossiers de consultation, participez au suivi des mandats et veillez à la qualité ainsi qu’à la traçabilité des informations et documents tout au long du cycle de vie des projets. Vous apportez également un support administratif à l’exploitation technique du patrimoine en assurant le suivi des interventions, des commandes, des devis et des contrats de maintenance. En parallèle, vous facilitez la coordination entre les différents intervenants internes et externes et veillez à la bonne circulation de l’information. Vous contribuez enfin au pilotage du service en consolidant les tableaux de bord, reportings, budgets et dossiers destinés à la Direction et aux instances décisionnelles.

Votre profil

Au bénéfice d’une formation commerciale, administrative, immobilière, technique ou équivalente, idéalement complétée par une formation en gestion de projet, vous justifiez d’une expérience de 3 à 5 ans dans un environnement lié à l’immobilier, à la construction, à l’ingénierie ou à la gestion de patrimoine. Vous êtes à l’aise avec le suivi budgétaire et contractuel ainsi qu’avec la gestion documentaire et les outils numériques associés. Doté·e d’un excellent sens de l’organisation, vous savez gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément et respecter des délais parfois exigeants. Reconnu·e pour votre rigueur, votre autonomie et votre sens des priorités, vous avez également de solides qualités rédactionnelles et relationnelles. Votre capacité à collaborer avec des interlocuteurs variés et à assurer un suivi fiable des actions fait de vous un véritable partenaire administratif et organisationnel au sein du service.
