Aufgaben ###

  • Als Mitglied des Corporate-Controlling-Teams eines börsenkotierten, global tätigen Unternehmens übernehmen Sie ein breites Spektrum an Finanz- und Controlling-Aufgaben
  • In dieser Funktion unterstützen Sie die Gruppenleitung sowie die Finanzverantwortlichen der Gruppengesellschaften weltweit und tragen mit Professionalität, Qualitätsbewusstsein und Teamgeist zu einer effektiven Zusammenarbeit bei
  • Mitarbeit bei der Konzernkonsolidierung (30 Gruppengesellschaften) sowie bei der Erstellung der Monatsabschlüsse, des Reportings und des Jahresabschlusses nach Swiss GAAP FER inkl. Geschäftsbericht
  • Unterstützung im Bereich Financial Compliance (u. a. Non-Financial Reporting, Koordination und Weiterentwicklung des IKS, Durchführung interner Audits)
  • Erstellung von ad hoc Analysen sowie Mitarbeit in Projekten (z. B. Digitalisierung der Prozesse, Power BI, Steuern, M&A)
  • Unterhalt und Weiterentwicklung der Konsolidierungssoftware (Cognos)

Profil ###

  • Höhere betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung (Uni/FH, Wirtschaftsprüfung oder Controlling), fundierte Erfahrung in der Konsolidierung und im Controlling (von Vorteil im industriellen Umfeld oder in der Wirtschaftsprüfung) sowie Erfahrung im Bereich Swiss GAAP FER
  • Analytische, selbständige, konzeptionelle und proaktive Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägter Qualitätsanspruch
  • Sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse in MS Office, Power BI und SAP; Cognos-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Verhandlungssichere Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch sowie Fähigkeit, vernetzte Zusammenhänge adressatengerecht aufzubereiten und zu präsentieren
  • Offene, kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit internationalem Interesse und Freude an anspruchsvollen Finanzthemen sowie an Kontakten zu Gruppengesellschaften
  • Überschaubare Reisetätigkeit für interne Audits vor Ort sehen Sie als Bereicherung
