Immobilier poursuit son développement à Neuchâtel et souhaite renforcer son équipe avec l’arrivée d’un(e) nouveau(elle) courtier(ère) immobilier(ère).

Ouverte en 2026, notre agence neuchâteloise entre désormais dans une nouvelle phase de son développement. Après l’implantation vient l’accélération : développer notre présence sur le terrain, élargir notre réseau et gagner progressivement des parts de marché.

Vous rejoindrez une structure locale en croissance tout en bénéficiant de la force d’un groupe immobilier actif dans plusieurs régions de Suisse romande.

Votre challenge

Développer votre propre réseau et votre portefeuille de mandats, prospecter activement le marché neuchâtelois, accompagner vendeurs et acquéreurs de la prise de mandat jusqu’à la transaction et contribuer directement au développement de l’agence.

Votre profil

Vous connaissez Neuchâtel et sa région. Vous avez un véritable tempérament commercial, aimez créer des relations et provoquer les opportunités. Vous êtes autonome, entreprenant(e), exigeant(e) dans votre travail et appréciez également la dynamique d’une équipe.

Une expérience dans le courtage immobilier constitue un avantage important, mais nous nous intéressons avant tout aux personnalités capables de développer durablement un réseau et une clientèle.
